A LEGACY OF THE LAND

Our roots run deep.

Our family has farmed this land in Smith County, Mississippi, since 1903. Today, Shady Grove Chestnuts carries that tradition forward with a new orchard and the same enduring respect for the land.

OUR HERITAGE · SINCE 1903

Generations of work.
One enduring legacy.

Long before chestnut trees became part of our plans, this was working family farmland. Through changing seasons and generations, the land has remained a part of our family's story.

As we establish Shady Grove Chestnuts, we honor the people who farmed here before us and look ahead to what future generations may grow.

“The crops may change, but our commitment to the land remains the same.”

A NEW CHAPTER

Planting for tomorrow.

Our chestnut orchard is being developed with a long-term vision: healthy trees, thoughtful stewardship, and a harvest worth sharing. We look forward to sharing more as the orchard grows.
